This is a quick and easy recipe to pep up a potato salad, into which you can dip a fat, golden chip or smother onto a burger bun.
TIP I use Hellman’s real mayonnaise and the Waitrose nonpareille (literally means no equal) capers
Serves 6
6 tbs of mayonnaise
juice of a lime
1 tsp of nonpareille capers (the smaller the better)
2 cherry tomatoes
4 chives
black pepper
Simply place everything into a small chopper and process for a minute till all is amalgamated.
Keep in the fridge for a week.
