La Mechita Malbec 2020

I’ve always said that if my knowledge of wine was greater than my consumption I would be a master indeed.

Unlike my wine writer Michael Goss, I have neither the qualifications nor florid language of a trained sommelier.

I do, however, feel I have a good palate and the above Malbec is as bold as brass, dry with an abundance of black fruit. You can almost chew this wine it’s so dense, if you can ever describe wine this way.
