My continuing love affair with Provence lead me to this terribly pale and interesting Rose wine. As with most wines from this region, Esprit de Buganay is filled with berry flavours, subtle spices and is bone dry.
Available at Waitrose at £8.39 instead of £10.49 so I urge you to buy a bottle or two whilst the sun is still with us. Fantastic with well, just about all seafood but beautifully paired with scallops.
